Hatha Yoga Heaven: Hatha is the classical form of yoga postures and breathing  to revitalize the body physically and mentally.  It is an uplifting practice to increase muscle tone, improve flexibility and increase concentration.  

Hot Stone Restorative Yoga: Treat your body. Treat your mind.  This deeply relaxing and revitalizing practice rests and resets the body, mind and spirit.  The perfect antidote to stress, digital dementia and a fast paced World.  You will come to crave this class.

Love Your Body, Love Your Life: For so many of us, loving our bodies is a lifelong challenge. Discover the pure joy in moving because it feels good. This class will blend yoga, Pilates, dance and coaching to create a truly inspiring one of a kind experience you won't find anywhere else.  Come feel the love. (offered one Friday per month)

Pilates Mat and Small Apparatus: Abs on fire!  There is nothing like mat based Pilates to chisel and sculpt your core.  We’re keeping it pure in this class and just giving it to you straight up with a few of the small apparatus. Pilate on!

Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Pilates: Babies up to the crawling stage are welcome!  This class will integrate Pilates, Yoga and Fitness specifically catered to what the mother’s body needs during the childbearing year.  We've chosen a focus on Pilates and Yoga, but expect to find a little of each.

Reformer:  Re “form” yourself. Literally. The Reformer makes a dramatic impression when you first see it, and an even more dramatic change in your body when you use it. Lengthen and tighten muscles from top to bottom like never before in this small group personal training session.

Reformer/Mat Combo: Everything you’ve asked for in a Pilates Party. This strength based class will include exercises for your whole body, but promises to target where you want it most. The combination of Matwork and Reformer ensures unbelievable results. Good bang for your buck, and a great way to make your effort really count.

Rise n' Shine Yoga : Surely there is no better way to start your day.  The class will blend a few different yoga styles to ensure we ease you in gently, warm you up slowly, and inspire you to greet your day with energy, enthusiasm and a clear mind.

Smokin' Power Yoga: Our most challenging Ashtanga inspired yoga class, will weave together invigorating flows of poses, or asanas, with breath. Recommended for those with some yoga experience.

Yin Yoga: a deeply restful, yet challenging and effective, practice focusing on opening the hips and joints through poses held for 2 - 5 minutes. Absolutely suitable for all levels, ages and abilities. 

Yoga Power Flow: We’ve blended some wonderful invigorating yoga flows with a bit of the dynamite core strength and power of Pilates. This intense class brings together the best of both in one power packed hour.

All Dance and Yoga 10 Class Passes have an expiry date of June 30th, 2014


Drop in can be available if space permits, but online registration is still required as space and equipment are limited and many classes are full.  Drop in is $20 for classes in the Reformer Studio and $15 for classes in the Dance/Yoga Studio.
