We’ll help you build your own mini business plan by identifying three key ways you are going to move forward and map out milestones for each. Plus we guarantee a healthy does of inspiration and motivation. It’s time to move your body, move your life and move your business.

Yoga and Pilates Flows for Mainstream Fitness

Many Pilates exercises and Yoga Asanas are suitable for the mainstream fitness environment and fall safely within the scope of practice of a Personal Trainer or Fitness Instructor working with the apparently healthy population. Many of our clients could greatly benefit from the stress reduction these mind body modalities provide, but lament they haven’t time to do it all. Yoga and Pilates complement each other beautifully and easily insert into an already existing class or personal training sessions.

I’ve put together some of my favourite tried and true exercises and combinations into ready-to-use flows or sequences you can implement right away. I’ve broken them into three unique one day workshops, so you can take just one, or all three.
